Avangrid Volunteers Bring Heart and Helping Hands to the CHF Warehouse

On October 16, we were thrilled to welcome an amazing team from Avangrid to the Chelsea Hicks Foundation warehouse. Each year, Avangrid employees volunteer across their communities during the company's Volunteer Week, and we were honored to be part of their 2025 efforts. 

This dedicated group of 10 volunteers arrived at just the right time, when our warehouse was bustling and extra help was exactly what we needed. From processing incoming donations and organizing costumes to sorting a large donation of coloring books and crayons, they jumped right in with energy, efficiency, and heart. 

What stood out most was their genuine commitment to making a difference. Every task was met with smiles and teamwork, and their care shined through in everything they touched. Their efforts helped us stay on top of vital projects that bring comfort, smiles, and a little magic to children in hospitals. 

We are so grateful for Avangrid's continued partnership and for choosing to spend their Volunteer Week making an impact at CHF. Your kindness, dedication, and teamwork mean so much to us and to the families we serve.
